The selection of materials used for processing reflects the pursuit of excellence inherent in the AR.MET philosophy. The metals processed in the company, sourced from reliable and certified suppliers, guarantee strength, durability, and optimal performance for all manufactured products.
- Electro-colored steel
- Electro-colored aluminum
- Structural steel and metal fabrication
- Brass
- Copper
- Corten steel
- Aluminum (all alloys)
- Stainless steel (AISI 304-316L)
Electro-colored steel is based on electrodeposition, which allows for the application of a layer of color or finish on a steel surface through electrolysis. This process can be used for decorative or functional purposes.
AR.MET. also has the ENSIS 3015 AJ, a 3000 W fiber laser produced by Amada. This machinery performs precise and fast machining on various highly reflective materials such as copper, brass, and titanium, thanks to its low center of gravity structure and high-torque motor movement system. Paired with the 6-shelf AS L-UL robotic warehouse, which optimizes loading and unloading operations for both finished and to-be-processed pieces, it ensures a continuous and efficient production flow.
Structural steel and metal fabrication are metallic alloys primarily composed of iron and carbon. These steels are highly ductile and corrosion-resistant, making them perfect for use in building structures and infrastructure.
Brass is a metallic alloy composed of copper and zinc. This alloy exhibits a golden or yellow-gold coloration. Brass is known for its ductility, thermal and electrical conductivity, and resistance to corrosion.
Copper is a transition metal with a reddish-orange color. It is one of the oldest known metals and is distinguished by its high electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and ductility.
Corten, with its unmistakable natural or acid-etched aging process, offers a unique aesthetic. This beauty can be further enhanced with a wax coating, making the material perfect for characterful interior furnishings.
We offer a wide range of finishes to meet both aesthetic and functional needs. From epoxy or liquid powder coating, which ensures resistance and durability, to custom-colored anodizing for a distinctive touch and elegant appearance.
Stainless steels are metallic alloys containing iron, carbon, and at least 10-12% chromium. They are widely used in applications where corrosion resistance is required, such as in the food, chemical, automotive, and medical industries.
